Whatever your reason, join our group to be part of a strong force advocating for positive change and representing the entire Lake Harding community.
What is the Lake Harding Association?
1. The Lake Harding Leaseholders Association, Inc. is a non-profit, volunteer organization that represents the area residents to Georgia Power, a Southern Company, on issues of concern as well as communicate activities on the lake conducted by GA Power.
2. Your annual dues are used for:
a. Donations to our local Volunteer fire department, the Chattahoochee River Conservancy, Safe Kids program, Wake for Warriors, community events and more!
b. Support for good causes over the past several years such as life vest stations for children at public boat launches, the Lake Harding Poker Run, Dock or Treat (a fun Halloween boating event for children) and maintenance for “The Cross” which is a Lake Harding landmark.
c. There are two LHA events: The required Annual Dinner for Members in the Spring, a very fun evening where you can meet board members and make many new friends. The second event is a Fall Barbeque dinner with a lot of raffle prizes. Both events include updates from our friends at Georgia Power.
